Shopping Information

You will be required to select the product of your liking after which it will be updated in your cart. You may then click on the cart icon and view your selection of the products after which you may proceed to checkout. At the checkout you will be required to add your correct shipping details with correct post codes . After this you may proceed to the payment section which will automatically add the shipping costs and the product values.

There is a search icon at the top of the page where you can easily type out the product name and it will search our database and give you the options that are available for that particular product.

Yes all products that you select for purchase have to be paid in full .

Shipping & Returns

The Shipping Rates are calculated automatically for all sectors around the world. You may find out by selecting a product and then proceed to checkout of which you will be required to input your correct shipping address . Then proceed to checkout and you will get the shipping rates .

Unfortunately we do not accept Returns and also No Refunds are accepted. All our Stones are natural and unique.

Final Sale means that the product once purchased cannot be returned / exchanged/ refunded . All products are Genuine and are of Natural Stone, so please be sure prior to purchasing our products.

Shipping Information

We use DHL Express Shipping, which has a delivery time between 1 and 8 business days. ( Deliveries could get delayed by a day or two due to the Covid Pandemic due to Availability of flights ) . Rest assured the deliveries will still be time definite as per indicated on the Checkout Page during purchase of the Items.
DHL, Shipping Charges for up to 2kgs are at a minimum flat rate, hence works to your advantage to shop more..
All shipments are made to the address you list during checkout, we are not liable for incorrect addresses, even if you email after checkout. To ensure that your package gets to you without delay, please make sure the shipping address is correct and up to date.

For local Deliveries within Mauritius the delivery can be done on the same day depending on what time you purchased your item . If the Purchase is done after 3pm then the delivery will fall on the next working Day.

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, due to the complexity of international laws, we have NOT included those fees (handling charges) in the orders. You will be responsible to handle those charges once the shipment has arrived to you. We are by law required to declare the invoice amount

If an order is cancelled after the products have been shipped, then you are responsible for the shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping

Orders are only shipped Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday and postal holidays.

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately, via email. Please also send your order number/ Transaction number for us to assist you promptly.

We only work with DHL Express, which is a well-established shipping provider and we place our faith and trust in them, however, we cannot guarantee their performance. Shipping mistakes are rare, but we can only guarantee what is in our control."

We understand that you may change your mind from time to time, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your crystals, However, due to the limited inventory and rarity of many of the crystals in our Crystal Shop, majority of our crystals will be final sale (it will be specified at the bottom of the description on the product page).

There is a no Exchange and no refund policy so please if you’re not sure drop us an email or chat with us to clear any doubts before purchasing .

We recommend for all international orders that you use the Paypal option to process international credit cards. You don't need a Paypal account to use that option! Just choose the Paypal option, and then enter your credit card number.
